At Pawfipy, we strive to ensure you and your pet are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Requests made after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

- Photo evidence if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
All returns must be approved before shipping. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Method
Approved returns must be sent by mail to our fulfillment partner’s designated warehouse.
- Customers are responsible for printing their own return shipping label
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Claims submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
We may request photo evidence to verify the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size, color, or product, please request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personalized or custom products
- Pet hygiene products and certain pet accessories
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refund Process
All returns and refunds are subject to approval and inspection by our fulfillment partner.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and inspection.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund, which may extend the total time to up to 15 business days.
Refund Without Return
In certain situations, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned. This is determined case-by-case to protect against excessive return costs.
Edge Cases
- If a return is lost in transit, delayed by customs, or fraudulent, the refund may be delayed or denied.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Packages refused by the customer or unclaimed may incur additional shipping fees and may affect refund eligibility.
- Refunds will not be processed for items that do not meet the return criteria outlined above.
